Derrells Creations LLC operates Don Farrell at https://donfarrell.com. These terms describe use of the public website. Separate written proposals and service agreements govern client engagements, deliverables, pricing, payment, revisions, cancellations and any refunds. Sending an inquiry or browsing the website does not create a paid engagement.

2. Services and website information

We offer email marketing strategy, email copywriting, campaign planning, and newsletter services. Website descriptions are general information; an accepted proposal defines the actual scope of work. The public website has no online checkout or visitor account registration.

3. Responsible use

Do not use the website to violate applicable law or others’ rights, distribute malicious software, submit deceptive inquiries, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt website operation. Only provide information you are entitled to share.
